Heh. Have to say, between the subject and a quick skim of the message on my phone, I assumed it was spam until I read it for real and saw the pic!

We don't, in fact, own our apartment (which means that we have to take the ACs -out- every year; something that annoys me quite a bit; I should talk to the super to see if a professional semi-permanent install might mitigate that). As it was, I was mostly dwelling on the irony that the brace -was- useful, just...not in the intended fashion.
