I went and commented on several entries (back through March 12, I think), but I don't have feedback about your systems, other than that the constraints and coping mechanisms (e.g., ways to notice things w'out letting players game the system too much) you were trying to explain for Sesere made sense to me.
And I'm glad the general concepts/goals made sense to you!
I'm also trying to avoid having the players be gamed by the system -- you don't want to put players in a situation where they have to play the system in an annoying way to get what they want -- instead, you want them to be able to state what they want and get it more reasonably.
