I had somone stick a tube down my throat again today. Fortunately, they
didn't encounter nearly as much difficulty as last time, so neither did
I. But they did take photos -- so I'm giving them to you all. Aren't I
nice? :) The one on the left is "before", the two on the right are
"after".

Also, I think someone needs to invent a drink called a "squeaky nail".
That way, you can get both greased and hammered at the same time.

I'm glad it went better this time. I am familiar with tubes down the throat and will eventually have to have radiation on my throat tumour, which I am told, will then require regular "stretching" sessions for my esophagus, which I think is what you are doing, no? I may be seeking your advice at some point if I go that route.

Good luck with it all amigo. Sorry you have to go through that.

More or less -- in theory, if I took my medicine like a good boy, they'd not have to make with the baloon any more -- the problem -is- dealt with with one session...but then it comes back. Acid reflux is a problem (and can cause worse issues, which is why I really -should- take my medicine).

I -have- gotten better at this, so hopefully it will be a good long while before stuff comes up.

Now, regarding your issues, I feel for you -- I hope things go well.
