Oh, I like your RPG comparison a lot! I hadn't thought about it -- and when I read "like a two-person RPG" I was thinking of online RP where there really isn't a GM, and thinking 'yep, you're bouncing off each other's cues for a shared creative experience, sure, that works' without drawing lead/follow distinctions -- but I like the analogy a lot.
