We were thinking of attending, but kinda forgot to do preparation. Like, any.

I have to call the hotel this afternoon and see about switching from a king room to a two double room or getting a roll out bed or something like that so that you guys could have a bed.

LJ these days is probably the quickest way to get me these days as I have no access to IM or anything like that at work and the government servers are for some reason happily blocking my webmail.

Called the hotel and while I can't switch from a king to a double room (they're booked solid), I did put in a reservation for a roll away bed and the sofa has a pull out bed, so I think you're fine for sleeping surfaces other than the floor. We may or may not be able to get a roll away bed (first come, first serve) but I don't think it'll be a problem.

Go ahead and consider yourselves housed for the weekend.
