probably not -- I can't comment via it (more's the pity, but they might add it, I suppose), and the same thing that stops me from posting (opprotunity cost) also stops me from commenting even moreso.

OTOH, I've generally been a much more active commenter than I have been a poster in any case. and I don't expect this to change (and if -'m LJi gmmore, I'm likely to rewad LJ more as well).
