Over "walking 2 miles, 'cause it's fun" to Times Square, Lisa and I came up with the following parody concept:

Duffy the Human Slayer. Duffy, a gay vampire, is a fabled hero, appointed to deal with threats to the peaceful vampire community, as he attends night school. As well as his friends, his help included his blond, cute boyfriend, a human who only appears in the mysterious hours near the dawn, and warns of evil priests trying to bring about the Rapture.

You should name the vampire "Jody". The boyfriend is of course named "Damon".

And Damon's got to be some kind of defrocked priest. Probably, he does something to taint the holy water and stuff like that so that it's useless against Duffy.

It should be "Jodi", I suppose, but somehow, the name "Duffy"'s kind of stuck.
