No, I don't think I have! Well, not divorced -- it's not something that occurs to me when character building (married to a woman of ill repute who was sleeping around behind my back, oh yes, I've played that. Divorced? I don't think I have). I've NPCed dead people, certainly -- I even ran "the ghost story" with Everway.
